Excellent moment

The establishment presents itself as an Italian and Mediterranean restaurant, but it's essentially an all-you-can-eat Asian buffet. A few pasta dishes, pizzas, and slices of cold cuts are hardly enough to make it an Italian restaurant. The advertised concept is completely at odds with what you actually find there. The quality of the food was catastrophic. This isn't just a feeling about the frozen products: we clearly saw the staff taking out still-frozen items in front of us to stock the buffet. The chicken didn't even taste like chicken and was simply inedible. The cold cuts were bland and didn't seem fresh. The butter and cheese were melted and had clearly been overheated, which seriously worried us about their preservation. Even the fruit wasn't fresh. The desserts didn't improve matters: the tiramisu was completely soggy, tasteless, and frankly awful. Flies were also buzzing around the buffet area. Between the melted food, the questionable freshness of several products, and the insects, the hygiene and storage conditions are very concerning. I tried to fall back on the grill by ordering a rare hanger steak. Despite the chef's friendliness, the cooking was off: the meat was either raw or far too well-done. We had a reservation for ten people, but two couldn't make it. We pointed this out, yet the restaurant still wanted to charge us for their two meals. We had to insist strongly and refuse several times before they finally agreed not to charge us for the absent guests. This practice is completely unfair. Finally, after this meal, I experienced severe stomach pains, and several friends who were there vomited. Since several members of the same group were sick right after eating here, we have no doubt that it was due to the food. At €25.90 per person in the evening without drinks, it's extremely expensive for such mediocre food, a misleading concept, and such a worrying experience. We will never return and strongly advise against this establishment.

Poor quality food, all defrosted. Nothing was good. We went there for the first and last time. Unfriendly staff. They're only there for the profit, and it shows. Also disappointed with the selection; we expected more.
