Restaurant Francesca Strasbourg Marseillaise

The food was excellent as usual.

Cokes served cold; pasta with olive oil and basil served without basil and with just a drop of oil; we had to get up four times to ask for things (water, warm drinks, Parmesan cheese, basil...). And to top it all off, the waitress threw the receipt and the credit card terminal in our faces when we shared our unpleasant experience... Before leaving a public review, we sent a message via the website's contact form, but received no response five days later... What a shame...

We ordered lasagna and two pizzas. Lasagna wasn’t as expected, too much lasagna sheets. Pizzas were okay. Price quality ratio should have been better

The place isn't super fun, but it's Italian and the service is very friendly.

Small quantity despite the maximum portion offer and dessert was forgotten for a takeaway order

Overcooked pastry, overpriced, not enough quantity, they forgot some items in the order, avoid at all costs

Fantastic place! Delicious food and excellent service! We ordered the Carbonara and the Pizza Margherita. Everything was very tasty and fresh.

In a quite busy area even though beautiful in the very center of the old town, it is very nice an Italian restaurant. The pizza is very affordable and definitely tasty and the tiramisu is just about great, the cocktails are done just right. Also the service is kind and heart warming, very much recommended. It took me ages to try out that place and today I'm 100% satisfied I finally did ✌️
