A small Italian restaurant offering excellent pizzas, with a friendly owner. Perfect after a long day at work or a bike ride for a light meal with friends. They also offer charcuterie and cheese platters.

Monteleone deserves to be better known as it stands up to comparison with other more central restaurants in Strasbourg: friendly welcome, pleasant and fast service, truly "homemade" cuisine, everything for a pleasant meal.

The service was pleasant, however we were disappointed by the pizzas. The mortadella pizza was dry and lacked toppings... a shame.

Excellent pizzas... BUT beware of the final scam when the owner offers you a complimentary digestif (there were ten of us at the table, so it seemed justified, and we all understood the same thing/we ordered four)... which then ends up being charged on the final bill. The tiramisu plates and cups were chipped... what a shame. We won't be going back after this rip-off. And the owner's very insulting response perfectly illustrates the establishment's mentality! We're absolutely certain the aperitif was free: it's a scam, so enjoy the pizzas, but don't agree to this very dubious owner who then insults his customers.

We loved our pizza night! The owner is both in the dining room and in the kitchen: a true master of his craft. We highly recommend it.

This pizzeria was excellent a few years ago, but the quality of its food has declined significantly (salad with rotten leaves, parmesan shavings replaced with powdered parmesan, etc.). The menu consists mainly of pizzas and a few basic pasta dishes... nothing interesting considering the prices. I won't be going back.

Excellent Italian restaurant to discover...friendly waitress...Italian owner from Naples and chef 👍 (loves football) who likes to come out of the kitchen to chat with customers...everything is homemade
