Hello, I wanted to thank the team at McDonald's Les Halles and especially express my deep friendship. I've been going to the restaurant for at least 10 years, and unfortunately, I've seen a lot of things deteriorate... given the uncleanliness of the people and their lack of manners. In any case, I congratulate the successive teams who have a lot of courage; nothing is easy, people aren't always nice, so for once, thank you for serving us, bringing us back to our tables, and cleaning up our leftovers. Jessica, your employee, is fantastic and takes great care of the customers. I highly recommend her.

This is nothing like McDonald's anymore. The tables are sticky and covered in grease. The walls and seats are the same. There's food scraps everywhere. The drinks, which are supposed to be a Coke and a Sprite, taste only of runny sugar. The fries have never seen salt. And all this for a minimum of €25 for two people, just to avoid leaving hungry. Only the manager on duty tries to restore order.

McDonald's was pretty disastrous, dirty tables, unfriendly staff even though there were 4 or 5 incorrect items in an order for 5 people. One order mistake per person in a single day is a lot.

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Long wait, mistakes with the order delivery, mediocre food, even the fries were so-so... And please, it's really annoying to have to ask for the bag of peanuts with the sundae every time!!! Restrooms out of order.

McDonald's Les Halles is the worst McDonald's in Alsace! This restaurant is a disgrace. No order is ever filled correctly! Products are unavailable, orders are incomplete or incorrect. Sauces are missing. Even the packaging is inadequate and doesn't survive the journey to takeout!

Today I'm sharing an experience that shocked me at this McDonald's in Strasbourg. This Thursday, June 25, 2026, I went to the restaurant to politely ask one of the employees if I could use the restroom. When I arrived at the door, it was locked, with a bolt and a padlock! So the restrooms aren't even easily or freely accessible, even though the restaurant is open. I asked for access, but an employee looked me up and down and curtly replied that the restrooms wouldn't be open until 11:30 AM and that I had to make a purchase to use them. To this, I said: "I'm going to buy something. That's planned. I have an emergency and I need to use the restroom, please. Why don't you open until 11:30 AM when the restaurant is currently open to customers?" She told me it was closed and they wouldn't open any sooner. I replied: I have a herniated disc, I can't stand still for long periods, and I already have difficulty walking… and you're refusing me access to a restroom? Do you think that's normal? She told me that if I needed to use the restroom, I either had to buy something or go to the restrooms in the shopping center upstairs (knowing that the shopping center restrooms are pay-to-use and located on the opposite side of the restaurant…). So I had to leave, unable to use the restroom, in the middle of a heatwave, without any help, without access… with a pathetic response and absolutely no respect or consideration from the staff! Never again in my life will I go back to that restaurant! Appalling!

At 10:19 a.m. on a Thursday morning, with fewer than five customers, it took over 20 minutes to get a simple order of nuggets and fries. During that time, at least five employees were standing around in the kitchen chatting and having a good time. When my food finally arrived, the fries were cold and the nuggets were still frozen in the middle. I had to throw the entire meal away. Don't waste your time coming here. Absolute rubbish

The staff are very friendly and professional.

How can anyone explain why the owner doesn't invest in this McDonald's? We can't even blame the employees who are doing the best they can with what they have. The toilets are destroyed, the kiosks are in a deplorable state, and the equipment is outdated. I don't even understand how the Place des Halles market still rents them the space. My thoughts are with the staff who are doing what they can with what they have. However, Mr. or Ms. Owner, please remember that Strasbourg is a tourist city, and this is a disgrace to the brand and to our city.
