I came to place an order and I was very well received.

Domino's gives you your money back! As I write this, I'm still reeling from tonight's Champions League semi-final experience! My friend and I waited until halftime to order our pizzas; we were already talking about it at 5 PM, that's how excited we were! And yet, we're not really into fast food or junk food, but anyway, let's not get sidetracked. Where was I? Oh yeah, halftime's over (1-0 for PSG, so far so good), I place my order on the website, I even get a promo code, honestly I'm on cloud nine, practically flirting with my friend, the evening seems magical but actually not at all, once the order is confirmed at 9:59 PM everything changes, that's when our descent into hell begins... Indeed, within seconds of confirming my order I got a call from your shop, on the other end of the line a guy I don't know from Adam or Eve who nevertheless dares to address me informally as if I were his cousin, explains that I won't be getting my delivery because I ordered too late (closing at 10 PM apparently, which I was completely unaware of, and allow me to also offer you business and development support because frankly, on a Champions League semi-final night, turning off a pizza oven before 11 PM, you really have to be incompetent...). I'm still on the phone with my cousin and I glance at my order confirmation email, 9:59 PM. The worst part is that I got the call at 9:59 PM, it's completely unbelievable! I mean, maybe put a screen in the store so the staff can watch important matches while they work, it'll stop them from treating people like idiots... Anyway, my cousin keeps telling me to go to the website to cancel my order. I ask him how I'm going to get a refund and he doesn't know... And good evening, bye cousin, see you at Grandma's for Christmas dinner, the guy hangs up! Luckily, my friend lives right above his restaurant, so we managed to salvage the situation by bringing up a beautiful 1.2kg ribeye steak with new potatoes, spaetzle, and béarnaise sauce. It kind of saved our evening (even if it did cost us 10 minutes of the second half), but hey, we're tired of eating well all week, we just wanted something really disgusting... Nope! Just to finish up, after checking, I was indeed charged €28, which I hope to get back very soon! Thank you so much for forgetting the drinks I ordered with my pizza, thank you really, thank you so much, the pizza was so salty I woke up dehydrated, never again!

Repeatedly forgetting drinks on deliveries, pizzas without cheese in the end, but if you like crust and very salty, go for it without hesitation.

It's always the same thing. If I pay €2.50 extra for bacon on my pizza, I expect more than eight tiny pieces. What's the 'normal' amount, four pieces?
