Order accepted then canceled because the minimum order amount wasn't displayed on the website. The site allows payment even below the minimum required by category, which results in subsequent cancellation. A refund was promised but never received, and there has been no follow-up despite a reminder where I was told the manager would contact me. It's a shame, because this lack of professionalism is eroding trust. A report has been filed with SignalConso for fraud.

Hello, let's start with the positives: the tacos are really very good… when the order is complete, because apparently that's not always the case. However, the service is another story: I arrived at 11:45 am and at 12:30 pm, I still hadn't been served. Waiting 45 minutes is clearly unacceptable. Fortunately, the owner acknowledged the problem and offered me the order for free, a gesture I appreciated. But that doesn't change the fact that such a delay is still hard to accept.

I recommend the hot and delicious meal.

I was looking for rice today around 2 pm and everything went well. I thank the person behind the counter for their welcome and kindness. The rice was really very good… Fred

The place is cozy, perfect for families or groups of friends. The service was quick. The kefta tacos were honestly very good; the taste and flavors were spot on. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back to try other dishes.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would without hesitation. The customer service is top-notch; my order was brought to me in less than 15 minutes despite a queue. The pizza was generously topped, and the menu is really comprehensive for a restaurant in this price range in Strasbourg. An Italian chef is on-site, which enhances the experience even further. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

A huge thank you to the entire BM Food team! 🙏 I made a mistake when ordering my pizza (I forgot to specify a cream base), and even though it was entirely my fault, I want to make that clear. They were incredibly understanding and made it again very quickly; they even gave it to me for free! In addition to this very kind gesture, the pizzas are truly excellent: quality ingredients, generous toppings, and a top-notch pizza crust 👌 The service was impeccable; they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. A truly fantastic experience, I highly recommend it!

Excellent restaurant, very warm welcome. The service was very quick, and the portions were very generous, whether it was the sauce, the fries, or the burger toppings. I highly recommend it. The €10 set menu is frankly top-notch for the quality of the ingredients. Go for it!!

Two-hour wait for delivery, and something is missing from every order. Never order from there.

Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect and absolutely delicious! We were a table of 20 and everything was perfect and expertly managed! A very warm welcome, I highly recommend it.
