A disastrous experience. The order arrived almost an hour late, and none of the items we received matched what we had ordered. When we contacted the restaurant, they made it very clear that it was our problem and that we had to sort it out ourselves, without offering any solutions. Upon opening the dishes, the food looked completely unappetizing. Nothing seemed to be of the correct quality or appetizing. We decided not to take any chances and threw everything away. A very disappointing experience, both in terms of service and the perceived quality of the food. We will not recommend this establishment.

The waitress was incredibly rude and couldn't even make a proper latte macchiato. The entire service was disastrous. We were very disappointed with the service, and as a result, we had a terrible time, and I mean it. On the other hand, the pizza chef makes excellent pizzas; there's nothing to complain about there. The food is very good. Oh yes, and I forgot to mention, when it came time to pay the bill, she said, "I took the macchiato off your table." She addressed me informally, as if I were her friend. We won't be going back.

It's rare to see such a wide selection of vegan pizzas, and they're delicious too! The crust is airy, the tomato sauce is really good, and there's a great choice of classic or plant-based toppings! This is the first vegan pizza I've been truly satisfied with, and apparently the classic ones are just as delicious! We'll definitely be back to try more :)

If I could give the service a 0/5, I would. My €60 Deliveroo order arrived incomplete. After contacting the restaurant, they confirmed that the items had been left there. Despite this, no concrete solution was offered, and the conversation ended abruptly with the caller hanging up on me. Mistakes happen, but the way it was handled is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed with the customer service.

Incomplete order: several items were missing from the delivery (a pizza, a calzone, and a lasagna, totaling €38), and the bag was already open upon arrival. When we contacted the restaurant, their handling of the problem was particularly disappointing. Instead of offering to send the missing items or a clear solution, they suggested we cancel the order and place a new order for drinks to get around the problem. This suggestion would have incurred additional charges. After several exchanges and a long wait, no concrete solution was provided. When we asked to speak to a manager, the person we spoke to claimed to be the manager and then ended the call. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they're handled that makes all the difference. We were very disappointed with the customer service.

It's a small restaurant with amazing pizzas. Lots of great vegan options. Everyone is very friendly and the order comes quickly. We'll definitely be back if we're ever in Strasbourg!

A very cute restaurant with a quiet terrace. The servers are great! Good atmosphere, fast service. The pizzas are excellent and the menu is extensive. The prices are more than reasonable and the quality is truly fantastic. The hot oil (probably homemade?) was also delicious. I highly recommend it!

Superb pizzas! One evening, after a few drinks, I dropped by on a whim, and the pizza was so good!!!! Thank you Ichem for your expertise... and for the service, Brett is a remarkable man, very kind. A bonus for the pizza!

What a great surprise this vegan pizzeria was! The atmosphere is relaxed and modern, and the staff is welcoming. Even though I'm not vegan, I loved the experience. A great place to try!
