I went to Accro Pizza to pick up my order. When I arrived, I waited a few moments because the manager was in the kitchen and hadn't noticed me. During that time, I watched him pick his nose. When he finally came over, I looked to see if he was going to wash or disinfect his hands before resuming pizza preparation. To my surprise, he didn't. He went straight back to his workstation and handled the dough with his bare hands. I was particularly shocked by this situation, as hygiene is essential in a food establishment. I didn't say anything at the time and acted as if nothing was wrong. The manager told me there was about a 15-minute wait. I told him I would wait outside, but after what I had just seen, I decided to leave without picking up my order. I haven't been back since.

This person is unpleasant and rude. They accuse people of wasting their time simply because they ask for a receipt, then get angry and throw the ticket at us. Avoid them at all costs!

Absolutely terrible. It's a shame, because they advertise it as homemade dough, but there's clearly no freshness whatsoever. We ordered a chicken pizza: it was shredded chicken breast, extremely dry. We also tried the pepper beef pizza: it wasn't even ground beef, but chunks of steak piled on top. Very disappointed, especially for a place that claims to offer homemade dough and fresh ingredients. Avoid this place.
