I stopped by on July 15, 2026. Stuck in town, I needed to find something to eat, and I wasn't disappointed. The food is not only excellent but also very affordable. The owners are also lovely (friendly doesn't even begin to describe them). I will definitely return on my next visit to Alsace.

An absolutely exceptional experience at Uncle Bram's! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The welcome is always warm, whether you're dining in or taking away, and the team is professional, friendly, and passionate. The place is immaculate, very well maintained, and the atmosphere is truly pleasant. You can tell that every detail is carefully considered to offer a quality experience. It was a real pleasure and an experience I recommend without hesitation. A huge thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and kindness. We will definitely be back!
