The caterer is clearly very organized… as long as everything goes their way. A guest staying at our establishment used this caterer's services for takeaway meals during our restaurant's end-of-year closure. In a spirit of professional solidarity, the food crates and transport boxes were exceptionally left with us to facilitate their later collection by the caterer. However, the collection of their crates and polystyrene boxes was only partial. After an initial postponement due to a vehicle issue, we granted them additional time. The plastic crates were collected, but the polystyrene boxes remained on site due to lack of space in their vehicle. We were then informed that a second collection would be made. This second collection never took place. We were subsequently told that this responsibility lay with the end customer, which had not been specified initially. Despite several attempts to contact them by phone and email, we received no response. After waiting over a month without a response, we were forced to manage and finance the removal of this waste ourselves. This demonstrates a highly inconsistent level of professionalism and a questionable handling of responsibilities.

Dishes and pizzas that are as beautiful as they are delicious! Fresh ingredients bursting with flavor! I highly recommend them!
