The staff are extremely cold and unpleasant; they barely even say hello…

There's a problem with both the waitress and the menu. The menu lists drinks and prices... but never the quantities, which is absolutely essential. You can't pay €5 for a drink without knowing if you're getting 1 cl or 1 liter (I'm talking about a soft drink in my case). I pointed this out to the waitress, who made it clear that I was the one who made the mistake—a very awkward moment for me. Furthermore, the dessert description is vague: "Kochersberg quince / Chestnuts / Speculoos," but you don't know what's coming. Even if you ask, the answer doesn't match the dessert description. As a result, I got ice cream and meringue... a huge disappointment because I hate both. The whole thing was executed without any finesse: a lump in a bowl hiding the scoop of ice cream, and an overdose of sugar in this dessert that completely masks the taste of the ingredients. Aside from that, the restaurant is outdated, with no soundproofing or noise-absorbing measures. The place became as noisy as a cafeteria as soon as a group of colleagues arrived... Since noise levels are subjective, this didn't factor into my rating. In short, I didn't have a pleasant experience.
