The staff are incredibly unfriendly. They don't give customers a chance to speak. They're always right, period. There are better restaurants nearby that are cheaper. Provide your staff with some customer service training.

You should specify with a sign that the fries are only for grilling. Because at the checkout, they charge you for the three fries you take out of greed. If I had known, I wouldn't have helped myself. As a result, the price isn't displayed either, which I think is illegal. I was lucky, though; they let me take a whole plate of fries, and it cost me over €3...

It's 4:50 PM. I went with my grandson to get a crêpe, knowing they stop serving them at 5:30 PM. They told me they were closing their crêpe service and that I should go somewhere else. I left and won't be back.

Ideal for a quick, unpretentious meal, it does the job; you leave satisfied and full. The tarte flambée is better than the pizzas. The atmosphere is rather calm in the evening. The dining room is spacious and clean with a nice decor...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered merguez fries for €10 and it was a disaster. The taste was disgusting, the fries were cold, we had to reheat them in the microwave. Seriously, it was a catastrophe! The only good thing was the cook who heated our merguez; he was super friendly. It's shocking how expensive it is for what it is. Avoid it at all costs, even if you're in a pinch. Don't go there. Horrible taste. This message was written several days later in response to the manager's message. You say your merguez are from Vienna and Alsace, but as someone who loves merguez, I can guarantee you that yours are poor quality. Even the "eco+" merguez don't taste like that. Butcher or not. There's nothing surprising about it; it's just reality. You say your team strives to do things right, etc., but when we were waiting for our merguez sausages, someone called the person making them an idiot. Okay, they were joking around, but I find that completely unprofessional. So, to respond like that is the pot calling the kettle black. When you sell pastries for €4.50 when they're frozen from Carrefour, it's a joke... and you sell cheap bits of cheese at exorbitant prices, you're going to tell me that's normal, right? I can understand, you're doing your job, you're responding respectfully and highlighting your team. So, teach your team to smile a little more and not to insult each other in front of customers. To put an end to this discussion, it's the merguez sausages that I found unacceptable in terms of taste. I already found it strange to have four merguez on my plate; I thought, "Oh, they're generous..." but I understand, given the quality of the merguez, it's easy to put four on. I would have preferred two good merguez to four bad ones. 👌

We ate lunch there and ordered merguez sausages with fries. The merguez weren't good, and we had to reheat the fries in the microwave. The cook who made the merguez was very friendly, unlike the other staff who were impolite and unfriendly, as if they weren't happy to be there. The atmosphere was awful! Improve the quality of your merguez; it's not the most expensive thing, especially in a cafeteria. Avoid this place!

Hello. The quality has declined significantly compared to previous years. A few years ago, the fries were inedible, lukewarm, and there was no choice of vegetables—deplorable.

We went there yesterday evening at 7 pm. They only serve pizzas and a cold buffet in the evening. The pizzas were very good, but the atmosphere inside was awful 😶 Absolutely deserted. The lady at the register wasn't very pleasant, and there was a very long wait for pizzas even though there was only one customer ahead of us (the pizza maker was nice, but his pants were practically hanging off his backside). We won't be going back. It's really not the cafeteria we knew a few years ago, full of life with lots of choices and great ice cream.

I had a terrible experience at this cafeteria. After eating spaghetti bolognese, I had severe stomach pains. This raises serious questions about the quality and hygiene of the food. I'm very disappointed and I do not recommend it!
