I bought professional equipment from them (a refrigerator and a sink) without any problems. Where I'm disappointed is with the parts for my Cuponne pizza oven. I ordered the blue ignition box, and it broke down after 10 months. As a result, I lost a day's work. I called customer service thinking they would send me a replacement, but they told me the parts aren't covered by the warranty… The product page says "one-year warranty*" But indeed, there is a small asterisk… which clearly states when you click on it that the parts are not covered. I think it would be much more honest to clearly state that the warranty doesn't apply. The person on the phone advised me to clean the part thoroughly because this kind of problem occurs with humidity and vibrations, but the part is like new. In short, a part I paid €240 for. I'm disappointed. I don't know if I would recommend them, although I have always been satisfied.

I'm not a catering professional, but I wanted quality equipment for my own use. This morning I went to pick up the 3-door refrigerated trolley I had ordered online. When I arrived, I saw that several items were being unloaded and I thought there would be a wait. Well, no, I was very well received. I was greeted and taken care of immediately. They helped me load it neatly, and the equipment was very well packaged and protected. The staff and the owner (I assume) were really very friendly. I will definitely go back. Well done!

After a major problem with a previous supplier, I was very anxious about ordering from another, but Mr. Gurrieri reassured me, answering each of my perhaps overly insistent questions. I just received my blades and unfortunately, I ordered the wrong model. I called to find out how to return them and possibly get a credit note or a refund. The person on the phone was very aggressive, bordering on insulting. I've never seen anything like it, and on top of that, he threatened me over the phone and said he'd take us to court. I don't understand his behavior, especially since I clearly explained that the mistake was mine, not his. This man really has a behavioral problem. He's almost unbearable.
